case ◇ fikst. core, the agent-native crm
a crm operated by humans and agents
fikst. core is the CRM I build myself for installation and service companies: the day is ready at login, and everything a human can do, an agent can do through the same MCP layer.

the idea
Most CRMs are cabinets full of tabs the work has to move around. fikst. core turns that around: the system sets up the day. What is planned for today, which invoice is overdue, which lead is still fresh.
And it is built agent-native. Not a chatbot bolted on top, but an MCP layer through which humans and agents perform the same actions: creating work orders, moving the planning, and configuring the system itself.
the day-start
Logging in is enough. The dashboard shows what matters today and the calendar shows who drives where; nobody has to assemble their own day.

in the van
The engineer works from the phone: today's route, the work order open at the customer's place, tasks ticked off, done. The job sheet is ready for invoicing before the van has left the street; the evening of retyping is gone.
the pipeline
Leads arrive with a score, so you know who to call first. The board does what a board should do: drag, count, update, no ceremony.
under the hood
Underneath everything sits one core with one process from lead to invoice. The MCP layer is the same door for human and agent: whatever you click, an agent can call, including the configuration of the system itself.
That is the difference between AI on the side and agent-native. Nothing needs wiring or automating after the fact; it is in the architecture.
