For Elite Klimaat I built one system that runs from the customer through to the planning. At the front the customer portal, where clients book themselves in for the moments the service van is already nearby and the booking lands straight in the CRM. Behind it a quote-intake tool that turns a spoken conversation into a draft quote, and route logic that helps the planners lay out their days. All in production; the portal case shows how it looks under the hood, with the numbers alongside.
