  • Founder, fikst.

    since 2026

    Fikst is one system for installation companies in the sustainability sector, from the first inquiry to the paid invoice. I build it myself, with AI, and I’m the one setting it up at the customer. Elite Klimaat Groep runs entirely on it: six separate systems gone, live within two months.

    since 2026

    S/4HANA SD, Sales and Service Cloud, ABAP, SAP Integration Suite, Emarsys, custom development in the SDK (Cloud Applications Studio) and on SAP BTP with CAP.

  • Verpact

    Sales and Service Cloud V2, connected to S/4HANA Public Cloud and a Mendix customer portal. Custom logic in S/4 and ABAP, integrations in SAP Integration Suite.

  • Asia Express Food

    Sales and Service Cloud V2 with customer data from S/4HANA. Custom logic in S/4 and ABAP, integrations in SAP Integration Suite.

  • Yanmar

    Sales Cloud V2, connected to S/4HANA Public Cloud, from design to go-live.

  • Schaap & Citroen

    Sales and Service Cloud V2 for luxury retail, connected to SAP Business One, with Emarsys.

  • Dekker Zevenhuizen

    Sales and Service Cloud connected to SAP ECC through IDoc.

  • Bosch Beton

    Sales and Service Cloud with SAP Business One, custom development through the SDK and Adobe forms.

  • Oliehoorn

    Sales Cloud and Field Service Management with SAP Business One.

  • Deli Home en Vitablend

    Service Cloud and Field Service Management, connected to SAP ECC, plus support.

These projects involved integrations with S/4HANA, ECC and Business One, and custom development in ABAP.

Career

  • SAP CX Consultant, Aiden

    November 2022 to 2026

    Lead consultant on implementations of SAP Cloud for Customer, Sales and Service Cloud V2 and Emarsys, with integrations to S/4HANA, ECC and Business One.

  • Hospitality

    2013 to 2022

    That’s where I learned that everything comes down to the customer experience. Alongside it, a bachelor’s in Business Administration at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (2022).
